Each Small Quantity Exception package includes:

  • Strong tuck fold fiberboard box,  dims.-5.5″ x 5″ x 4″
  • 4 – 1 oz 95 kPa pressure tested wide mouth (.75″ dia) bottles with polypropylene cap and teflon liner,
  • 4 – Secondary security closing tape
  • 4 – 7.5″ x 5″ hazmat absorbent sheets,
  • 4 – 4″ x 6″ ziplock bags with white panel for identification marking
  • 1 – 5″ x 3″ outer closing tape
  • Packing  instructions.

Compliant with CFR49 §173.4 for small quantities by domestic highway and rail.

Note: For air shipments packages meet the IATA 2.6 excepted quantity provision. Bottles are tested to meet the 95 kPa hydrostatic pressure test for liquids IATA DGR part 5.0.2.9 .

The packaging requires the IATA Excepted Quantity Package Mark.
